Since 2015 The Vikings HIIT or The Vikings Bootcamp was established in a small town called Sitiawan. It is a place where you have get fit and have fun. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, what your did or what fitness level you are at, as long as you join us. You become the Warrior of The Vikings. You meet each other minimum 3 times a week to workout, stay healthy and have fun together (some says it feels like back to school times where you meet your friends almost everyday but just to have fun)
This programme is designed based on HIIT and HIT. Some people would call this Bootcamp as well. The programme has scientifically proven that increases the resting metabolic rate for the following 24 hours due to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, and may improve maximal oxygen consumption more effectively than doing only traditional, long aerobic workouts. Created to engage all of the body’s energy systems and improves cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and achieves fat burning effects
