My name is Cheryl, i am in my mid 30s. I have been struggling with obesity for a few years due to inactive lifestyle and overeating. Last year i gave birth to my baby boy and my weight reached the peak of 90kg. When i was obese, i experience numbness in my hands quite regularly and also acute knee pain. I also find myself having shortness of breath and always feeling tired. I started to do some exercises, twice a week and managed to drop a few kilos but then i was not seeing great progress. Then i came across T8 in FB, initially i was skeptical and doubt if i was able to follow the program. Because i was still breastfeeding my 1yr old and i don’t intend to stop yet. I signed up anyway and just gave it a try. I was very glad that T8 provided options for breastfeeding mums so that when we eat clean at the same time our milk supply won’t be affected too much. I did not take any supplements like protein powder or fats burner as i do not know if they are safe for my baby. I just followed the meal plan and exercises, to my surprise my clothes started to loosen as the days passed. I can start to fit into some of my old clothes half way through the program and that gave me even more confidence that this program really works. At the end of the 8 weeks, i am so much fitter and stronger physically, i look younger too. I guess T8 works for me because it is easy to follow (i mean the instructions, meal plan and exercises) but the workout itself is super tough and needed alot of hardwork and sweat. T8 has equipped me with knowledge of eating right and staying active so i can keep this new body for as long as i want to as long as i keep doing what i am doing now. Special thanks to Coach James for opening this program to people outside of Sitiawan, i believe many like me have benefited much from T8.
