FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VIKINGS’ ONLINE SESSION


WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE WORKOUT ?

– Sports shoes – Water – Yoga mat (fine if you don’t have)

– Come in to the Virtual Room 5 min – 10 mins before the session starts  

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING DURING THE SESSION?
We may be jumping, running, squatting, push ups, sit ups, crawling and many more.  

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE SESSION?
– Session will be tough

– You may feel dizzy or even feel like vomiting, when you do, put both your hands behind your head, Head up and take deep breaths, once recover you can continue the workout. [happens to you if you are new to our workout]
– If anytime of the session you think you need a stop during the session, put you Hands behind your head with your head up, so that the Coach will let you recover. – We will have a session for you to reach out for your water, so stay in the session until the Coach gives a water break.  

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE SESSION?
– Muscles Soreness on the next day – Delay Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). Is normal don’t worry about it, drink more water to help you recover faster, it will recover in a few days or maximum 1 week (if you are really new). But if you have BCAA have them, it will help you recover faster, but you don’t, just drink lots of water.


ANYONE BREAK THE VIKINGS RULES, PUNISHMENT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE WHOLE TEAM


HOW TO ENTITLE FOR PUNISHMENT FOR THE TEAM DURING THE SESSION?

1) Come late (No excuses or reasons are accepted) – come 10 mins before session starts

2) Drink water without permission

3) Swearing or Cursing .

WHAT TO DO IF HAVING JOINT PAIN?
1) You should let the admin or Coach know before you start the session.

2) If you have any joint pain in the middle of the session, STOP the exercise that you are doing immediately and RAISE your hand, let the Coach know what is happening, then you may be given a alternative exercise that is friendly to your old injuries.

THE VIKINGS’ SHOUT OUT IS “OOO YES!!!”

– When you hear your name or being called – Shout back “OOO YES”.

– You can call someone’s else name & they will Shout back “OOO YES”.

– When you want to reply Yes – You shout “OOO YES”.

– When you don’t know what to say – You shout “OOO YES”.

CAMERA ADJUSTMENT

Below 2 pictures are the best angle on how you should adjust your camera so that the Coach can see you standing up or lying down. (if you do any forms wrongly, Coaches can guide you)

Below picture is at a 45 degree view. You adjust to this position if you don’t have enough space at your workout area.
