- Coach James get to see you and correct your form, if you do it incorrectly.

6.45pm – 7.45pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
8.00am – 9.00am
During this corona virus lock-down period we will have onilne workout sessions 6 days a week. You may choose a slot of of DUSK Session which you will have 3 sessions a week or you can choose both DUSK and RISE Sessions which you will attend 6 sessions a week from Monday to Saturday. After the lock-down period we will reduce to 3 online workout sessions per week.
